Harvest Evangelism's Ed Silvoso founder speaks about the transformation taking place in Newark through the vision of Dr. Lloyd and Elder Joanne Turner which was given foundation by David Ingersoll and other World Impact Ministry leaders and later spearheaded by Rev. Dr. Bernard Wilks of Dominion Fellowship Ministries and brought to fruition by hundreds of street adopters, captains, and supporters. As we understand right now Newark is the only city in the nation to have 100% of its streets being prayed for on a daily basis.
