Do you remember how to talk to you mate when there is a problem?
You must remember that how you express yourself, is as important as what you say.
Many couples fail before they get started in their discussions of their issues; simply because they fail to communicate in a manner which will cause their mates to open up to what they're saying.
Some mistakes that are made are: the lack of respect, losing control and becoming angry, and playing the blame game.
Instead you would fair better to remember things like: picking the right time... when they are rested and relaxed, being non-confrontational, don't be threatening, and not to only focus on what you think is your spouse's problem. Remember a marriage is a team... its always a "we" problem.
Consider statements like: I love you but we need some help, Lets work on our marriage to make our home better for our children, and, If we keep going down the same path we'll keep getting the same results.
Remember no matter what you're going through... You Can Do Better!
Trusting in God, and seek the help of your Pastor or some Godly person you trust.
