Don't Cause Her To Feel Single!

Don't cause her to feel single

A woman is fully capable of being faithful. It is not so much in their nature, although it is of course possible, to be drawn to someone else when they are already in a relationship.

Temptation is not her weakness. That's one of the key issues with men... wondering eyes will often lead to a compromise of values and succumbing to physical lusts.

What most women want is Love, Attention, Honesty, and Loyalty. These things, admittedly by most men, are emotional needs that men either struggle with expressing, do not care to express, or, are simply "clueless" to the fact that they exist and are essential to fulfillment,  joy and happiness to most women.

Love her! Love is best expressed through giving and sacrifice. Give to her, your time, your things, but most importantly your heart. Share yourself with her. Sacrifice yourself, put her desires above yours, sacrifices your wants fans desires to see that hers are fulfilled

Pay attention to her. This shows her that you value her and that her opinions and ideas are respected and that they are important to you. She needs this.

Be honest with her. Even when the truth may be unpleasant, tell her the truth. Her intuition will alert her if you are not, and she will sense that something is not right. If you are no longer wanting to be with her then tell her. Be honest. Don't cheat

Be loyal. Be faithful. Be monogamous! Trust her and put her first.

Remember that before she "cheats" she will wine. cry, and complain about all the things that make her unhappy. Listen to her, open up your heart to what she's saying. If you don't understand, ask her to explain it so that you are clear as to what she's feeling. You must know her on this level. This IS intimacy! and sadly many couples lose their intimacy as their relationships move through time.

These are all warnings before the destruction of the relationship comes. So pay attention to your woman, and never cause her to feel like she's alone and single or thats how she will act. Like a single woman, and you will lose her forever.

In The Beginning... A Purpose Of Marriage

In The Beginning...

We all know the creation story... “there was not a helper suitable for Adam." Who was Adam that there was not a helper suitable for him? 1. He was a man made in God's image; 2. His mind was aware of his purpose and he was given an assignment; 3. Adam’s spirit was connected to his creator.

  In His Image...
We know that God is a triune (three in one) being as is man. (Body, Soul, and Spirit) We are a spirit, which gives us God awareness and interaction. We have a soul, which is our mind, thoughts, emotions, preferences, likes, and dislikes, etc.. This gives us self-awareness. And we live in a body, which gives us world awareness and allows us to inter-act with our world and others.

 Equally Yoked...
None of these characteristics were true of the animals, insects, nor other living things that God had created; so God takes out of Adam a part of what he had put into him, and created a helper suitable for him.  To encompass, to surround him, to fill him in on every side. Adam was now equally yoked.

  The Ideal Pairing...
The first thing that we must remember is that whomever we seek to share our lives with, and that can only be done in marriage, is to know that to have to optimum relationship, we must compliment, uplift, encourage, pour into, and buildup each other on all three levels of our being. That is body, soul, and spirit.

But if they cannot exercise self-control, they should marry. For it is better to marry than to be aflame with passion. 1Cor 7:8-9 ESV

  A Purpose Of Marriage
We date to mate, we mate to find love, we love to unite in marriage, and we marry to experience a completeness, which is experienced in sexual fulfillment. It is only through marriage that we are permitted to experience this dimension of love, which is expressed in the physical aspect of our being, We have now experienced love of every level... Body, Soul, and Spirit!  And thus God says, “It is not good for the man to be alone.”

In this fun and brief episode I along with my friend and co-host Minister Brenda Bristol examine 13 signs to be aware of that might be signaling that you’re in Love.

While many people may not know what love is, still others might not realize that they might actually be in love.

Here some ways to tell!
13. When your on the phone with them late at night and they hang up...you miss them already when it was just two minutes ago
12. You read their texts over and over again...
11. You walk really slow when you're with them...
10. You feel shy whenever you're with them...
9. When you think about them, your heart beats faster and faster...
8. You smile when you hear their voice...
7. When you look at them, you can't see the other people around you... all you see is him/her...
6. You start listening to slow songs, while thinking of them...
5. They become ALL you think about...
4. You get high just from their scent...

Your Husband's Sexuality Is Your Gift

While in past episodes we have focused on the needs of husbands. Wives must also realized that your husband's sexual desire is also a gift to you.

Having great sex is not going to erase your marriage problems but it will greatly increase your husband's focus, faithfulness, and determination to work toward building a greater marriage.

Every woman wants to feel loved, cared for, and desired. Men do too.  And, we are to love, care for and fulfill each others sexual needs. Scripture puts it this way...

1 Corinthians 7:3-5

3 Let the husband render unto the wife due benevolence: and likewise also the wife unto the husband.  4 The wife hath not power of her own body, but the husband: and likewise also the husband hath not power of his own body, but the wife.  5 Defraud ye not one the other, except it be with consent for a time, that ye may give yourselves to fasting and prayer; and come together again, that Satan tempt you not for your incontinency.

Wives know that his desire for you is not only to be viewed as "his need to be met"; but also as his drive to please you... and draw him closer into the loving relationship that you both desire.

Listen to this week's episode to find out more...

Whats Holding You Back From Your Husband?

In this installment we look at something which is often brought up in counseling sessions. As I talk with couples, each have their own desires and needs; which are often quite different, yet most men seem to have the same issue. Sex.

I find it facinating that while wives are willing to "go the extra mile" for their husbands, they are willing to cook, clean, decorate and due a host other things  "for their Husbands" yet they are often unwilling to do the one true thing that he often wants and thing that will build intimacy in their relationship.

"In counseling wives usually have about 4 or 5 things that they would like their husbands to change to make them happy and strengthen their relationship. Men typically have one... and it almost always has to do with sex."

Now while there are valid reasons for not engaging in love making such as an physical and emotional illness, self-conscienceness, lack of desire, and lack of enjoyment. Without making love couples are not engaging in the one thing which will in especially men restore the intimacy and caring in the relationship.

Now realizing how important it is to intimacy... whats hold you back from your husband?
To find out more listen to the broadcast and be sure to share with your thoughts and comments.

Love and Respect

Love and Respect!

Wow! in this episode I take a look at two "needs" women and men have. Love and Respect.

When the woman "feels" unloved or when the man "feels" disrespected; both of them are vulnerable to destructive relationship behaviors.

I believe that the key to many, if not most relationship problems stem from the lack or the perceived lack of these two vital ingredients in your relationship. God in his infinite wisdom speaks to this when he, through the writings of Paul, tells men to love their wives and wives to obey (respect) you husbands.

In this episode I share some points of examination and areas of possible change to affect the start of the transformation process in your marriage.

Listen to my broadcast to find out some things to you might want to start doing right away to see change right a way!
